2011-12-23 — Oxnard WCAB to assist the Los Angeles WCAB with Lien Hearings: Due to a backlog of more than 6,000 liens in the Los Angeles district office, the WCAB has moved liens to the Oxnard district office.  This is expected to help relieve the pressure and resolve the numerous lien claims that are filed at the Los Angeles WCAB.
