Bio

Mr. Yaconelli has been practicing workers’ compensation defense since 2005. He regularly handles all aspects including case in chief, defense of Labor Code Section 132a, Serious and Wilfull and liens. Throughout his legal career, Franco has represented a wide variety of clients in all aspects of litigation. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge Law School in 2000 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002.

In his spare time Franco is a certified personal trainer and studies martial arts.
