ATB will be speaking on the topic of “Diversity & Inclusion: Business Objectives and Positive Results” at the 2018 CLM Business Insurance Workers Compensation Conference May 22 – 24, 2018 in Chicago. Diversity and Inclusion are necessary for continued growth and success. Diversity and Inclusion are much more than skin color, gender or sexual orientation. It is about finding and listening to broad ranges of thought and ideas, together with the meaningful incorporation of those ideas into operations and decision-making. Organizations have developed and implemented successful programs for recognizing and developing talent. The firm will speak about practices which have resulted in the inclusion of diverse perspectives and thought and provide specific examples of how those practices have had a positive effect on operations and on the delivery of services in order to better meet customer needs.
