Bio

Frank Gould is a Hearing Representative with Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jiminez in the Oakland office.  In 2005, Mr. Gould graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  After graduating from Sacramento State, Mr. Gould worked as a claims examiner for the State of California Employment Development Department (EDD) in the San Francisco office as a disability claims examiner.  Later, Mr. Gould became a lien representative for the EDD representing the State of California in Workers’ Compensation cases at the San Francisco Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

After working for the EDD, Mr. Gould attended the University Of San Francisco School Of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate.  While in law school, Mr. Gould completed internships with the City and County of San Francisco’s Workers’ Compensation Division, and various applicant and defense firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Upon completion of law school, Mr. Gould was employed by a well-established applicant’s firm.
