Bio

Sam Brar obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at U.C. Davis and his Juris Doctorate with High Honors from San Joaquin College of Law. While at SJCL, Sam was an author and staff member for the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review and published a comment discussing the implications of the United States Supreme Court Decision of Bates v. Dow Agrisciences on litigation involving the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act and injured farm workers.

In addition, while at SJCL, Mr. Brar participated in the Hopper Moot Court Competition, where he was awarded Best Oral Advocate and the state-wide Traynor Moot Court Competition, where his team was awarded best brief.

Prior to joining Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez, Mr. Brar worked at another prominent state-wide Workers’ Compensation defense firm as well as interned for the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where he handled wrongful termination cases.
