Bio

Isidora Enriquez-Eickelmann is an Associate Attorney in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office of Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez. Although Ms. Enriquez-Eickelmann is based in Fort Lauderdale, she is also able to handle matters in the firm's Orlando, Tampa and West Palm Beach locations. Ms. Enriquez-Eickelmann earned her Juris Doctor degree at the Florida International University, School of Law (“FIU”) in 2015 and was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year.

Ms. Enriquez-Eickelmann is also an attorney admitted to practice law in Chile. She graduated from Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción in 2008. During her legal studies in Chile, she was a member of the student council and a research assistant for the Public and Private International Law Department. After graduating, she wrote a thesis about the maritime dispute between Chile and Perú, pending at that time at the International Court of Justice. She successfully passed the Bar exam with honors and interned for the government of Chile, where she managed a variety of civil cases and successfully argued an appellate complaint in a discrimination case receiving Outstanding Legal Qualification through the court system.

Ms. Enriquez-Eickelmann moved to the United States to enhance her legal education. As a law student at FIU, she achieved great academic success, earning the Dean’s List honor distinction for four consecutive semesters. She was also a research assistant during her second and third year, and part of the FIU Law International Arbitration Moot Team that participated in the 2014 and 2015 Florida Bar International Law Section’s Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Pre-Moot and then later, also participated in the Willem C. Vis Moot in Vienna, Austria, and in Hong Kong. In addition, Ms. Enriquez-Eickelmann was part of the FIU Law International Arbitration Spanish Moot Team that participated in the 2014 Spanish-language Competencia Internacional de Arbitraje held in Lima, Perú. During her second semester, she worked as a Summer Associate at a prestigious boutique Miami-based firm that specialized in arbitration and litigation where she co-authored an article with one of the partners of the law firm which was published in the Revista de Mediação e Arbitragem in Brazil. During her last semester, she briefly interned with the City Attorney of Sunny Isles Beach and was exposed to different areas of the law involved in operating a city such as contracts, employment and zoning law.

Ms. Enriquez-Eickelmann is a certified county court mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. Her multicultural background and training in both civil and common-law legal systems gives her unique insights and a distinct approach toward legal research and analysis, as well as legal writing and skills she puts forward for the benefit of her clients.
