Bio

Darrin F. Meyer is the Managing Attorney for Testan Law heading the practice group handling Insurance Coverage & Excess Workers' Compensation issues. His practice emphasizes defending and consulting employers and carriers on the full range of liability issues involving Labor and Workers’ Compensation litigation.

Mr. Meyer has spent over 25 years as a trial attorney representing employers and carriers before civil, appellate and administrative tribunals on a wide array of topics, including:  employer liability to third parties for accidents; insurance issues; adverse employment actions and discrimination.  Mr. Meyer’s reputation has been built on the success of his approach of minimizing both the costs and risks associated with labor and insurance disputes.
