Bio

Cynthia Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from California State University, Fresno in 1980. In 1981 she completed Master of Science program in criminology at California State University, Fresno, where she graduated with distinction. Ms. Brown obtained her Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton in 1986.

With 30 years of experience, Cynthia Brown has built her legal career as a Workers' Compensation defense attorney. She worked as an associate with several Workers' Compensation defense firms prior to joining Testan Law.
