Mr. Costello has been part of the workers compensation and employment law community for a number of years, serving as counsel for employers, insurance carriers, adjusting agencies and state organizations.

In addition to representing clients in all areas of employment law and workers compensation Mr. Costello provides training as well as review and analysis of business and workers compensation operations for the business community.

Since 2003 Mr. Costello has been an associate with Adelson, Testan, Brundo and Jimenez since 2003 and handles venues from Oxnard to San Diego. Prior to Adelson, Testan, Brundo and Jimenez, Mr. Costello worked for Guilford, Steiner, Sarvas & Carbonara as well as Cognata, Rifenbark & Mcneil.

Prior to attending and graduating from Ventura College of Law and being admitted to the California Bar Mr. Costello developed skills in management, human resource, public speaking, budgeting and marketing through 12 plus years in retail, travel and production management.

Mr. Costello has been a member of many organizations including the California Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Boy Scouts of America and a number of committees including employment and workers compensation.

In addition to proving many services to the business and legal communities, Mr. Costello is an instructor with the Boy Scouts of America, covering such areas as citizenship, law, athletics and public speaking. Mr. Costello currently holds a position as Committee Chairperson - allowing him to be active in the community which he practices.
