Mr. Harper was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1997. He received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1997. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science in 1992 from Rutgers University .  He served as a law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court with the Honorable Cornelius P. Sullivan from 1997 to 1998. He also served as a judicial law clerk with the New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation from 1998 to 1999. He is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, the Workers' Compensation Section of the New Jersey Bar Association, and the New Jersey Workers' Compensation Inn of Court.  His activities at the firm focus on all phases of workers' compensation defense including conferences, motions, trials, and Second Injury Fund matters.
