Collyn graduated from California State University , Fullerton in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology. After completing her undergraduate degree, she promptly entered the business world where she worked in real estate development for several years. During this period, she attended Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California . While still in law school, she obtained part-time employment as a law clerk with a workers’ compensation attorney specializing in the representation of injured workers. After being admitted to the State Bar of California in June 1996, she was hired as a full-time applicant’s attorney and worked in that capacity until joining Adelson, Testan, Brundo and Jimenez in 2008.
