Mr. Adelson is the Co-Senior Managing Partner, Adelson, Testan, Brundo & Jimenez Santa Ana Office. He has practiced in the field of Workers' Compensation for over 30 years.
Prior to joining Adelson, Testan, Brundo & Jimenez, Mr. Adelson spent sixteen years at Zonni, Ginocchio & Taylor where he was the Managing Partner of the Santa Ana office, as well as the firm's civil department. In addition, Mr. Adelson's legal career includes experience in the areas of civil, family and criminal law.
He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton in 1976, and received his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California in 1973. Mr. Adelson has also completed numerous courses in Advanced Legal Education at the University of Southern California Law Center. In addition, he has completed multiple courses in orthopedic medicine, psychiatric medicine, and human anatomy.
Mr. Adelson has served as a Judge Pro Tem. Additionally, he has been a workers' compensation instructor at several colleges in Southern California. He has also lectured extensively regarding workers' compensation, employment, and subrogation issues to physician, employer, insurer, and labor groups. Some of his lectures may be heard through an audio series entitled, "Legal Management Resources", and the video lecture entitled, "Meeting at the Crossroads".
He has also authored articles in the Orange County Business Journal, and Workers' Compensation Enquirer. Mr. Adelson has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal on issues of workers' compensation and employment law.
Mr. Adelson has been a member of various professional organizations including, the Joint Orange County Workers' Compensation Carriers and Defense Association, the Workers' Compensation Defense Association, the Southern California Fraud Investigators Association, and the Southern California Defense Counsel Association.
