Gerald Davino
Managing Partner



Mr. Davino passed the July 1994 California Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in California State Court and the Federal District Court, Southern District of California (San Diego). Upon relocation back to his home state of Connecticut in September 1995, he was admitted to the Federal District Court, District of Connecticut, in the fall 1995 and passed the February 1996 Connecticut Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in Connecticut State Courts thereafter. Since graduating law school Mr. Davino has been practicing in a variety of civil litigation areas as well as in workers' compensation matters. He has extensive trial experience as well as experience in arbitration and mediation matters. Mr. Davino joined Adelson, Testan, Brundo, & Jimenez on August 1, 2005.

January 21,2009: Guest lecturer on behalf of National Business Institute for wc seminar, topics discussed:  “preparing for the pre-hearing conference, trial strategies, conducting direct and cross exam of medical experts, and effectively refuting the other side’s case”
 
Published Article:  Workers’ Compensation Quarterly, Winter 2009 Edition:  “Unilateral Cessation of Prescription Drug Treatment:  The Law and Consequences”.  A Point, counterpoint article co-written with a claimant’s counsel
