Bio

John Leahy is an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez in our Thousand Oaks office. Mr. Leahy obtained his AA degree with highest honors from Cerritos College. He then graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with degrees in Political Science and Psychology. From there he completed his legal studies at The University of California, Hastings College of Law where he was awarded his Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Leahy currently represents third party administrators, insurance entities, self-insured entities, employers and uninsured employers in all matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, including standard defense litigation, Section 132(a) Claims and Serious and Willful Misconduct allegations.
